The promotion of youth participation in social affairs, the establishment of independent thinking and critical ability, counseling they face adversity ad confusion, to strengthen the capacity to solve problems, so healthy growth.

The content of service includes youth training, group activity, community activity, school support program, students after-school care, training program, long-term uniform group, study room service, individual counselling and other special projects, such as youth pre-employment training programme, life career planning, music project, community arts and etc.
